Back home

I arrived home yesterday evening after a lovely week up in the far north.  TTO has grown so much since I last saw him.  I am indeed his 'wee granny'
I had some interesting travelling companions on the train - a young Minister who was going on to Bethlehem and a Norwegian couple returning to Oslo. Conversation made the miles whizz by!
My neighbours had taken care of my house, so all the mail was in a tidy pile - but only one 'real' letter to read!
Today I have shopped and caught up with routine things.
Tomorrow I will catch up with the housegroup ladies and then go to the hairdressers.
At the weekend, the 'London office' will be here - that's daughter, husband and my other grandson TBC (The Boy Child) so next week there should be some photos to share.
To get this written I had to phone Liz as I had forgotten half of her instructions!
You may guess that where technology is concerned I could be called a dinosaur!!

  1. I'm glad you managed to get on-line. Your trip home sounds interesting and who knows, meeting someone from Oslo could be a good sign!! xx

  2. Techo dinosaur, maybe, but you've had a go and I'll teach you how to add photos next week.

  3. I think it's really neat that you are trying this! Sounds like your trip home was full of adventure. :)

  4. I think you're doing really well and it'll get easier the more you post. Your travelling companions sound interesting and anything that helps a train journey pass by is always welcome :)
